The Land Delivery Process begins with the Planning Phase, which includes needs assessment, zoning and layout design, approval, proclamation and registration, township proclamation, and erf numbering and surveying/registration. Next is the Servicing Phase, covering basic services installation, costing, and the allocation and sale process, including advertisement, application and evaluation, council resolution, and payment; if payment is made, the deed transfer process follows with conveyancer appointment and title deed issuance, otherwise it loops back to allocation and sale. Finally, the Handover & Occupation phase occurs, where the erf is handed over and development commences.
