Oranjemund Hosts Successful Community Clean-Up Drives
Oranjemund, 2025 – The Oranjemund Town Council, together with residents, families, and youth, hosted two successful Community Clean-Up Drives this year, reinforcing the town’s commitment to a clean and healthy environment.
The first campaign was held at Baghdad on 21 May 2025, where community members came together to restore cleanliness in the area. The momentum continued with the second drive at Swartkops on 31 May 2025, which once again saw an impressive turnout of volunteers.
The Town Council expressed its gratitude to all participants and gave special recognition to the Welwitschia Oranjemund Team for their support and dedication. Both events highlighted the power of collective action in keeping Oranjemund safe, clean, and beautiful.
